Broad-breasted, tender, excellent yield. Harvested at ~8 weeks. Classic American broiler flavor — great for roasting, grilling, or breaking down into parts.

Heritage-style broiler, slower-growing (~9–10 weeks), richer flavor. More active on pasture. Firmer texture, thinner skin — chicken that tastes the way it used to.
